With a combined experience of over 30 years in Computer Aided Manufacture (CAM) and NC Programming Axis 1 Solutions can support Multi-Axis NC programming, CNC Turning and CNC program optimisation. Our experience of machined components and tooling allows us to provide a knowledge based service to meet any customer requirements. We supply a range of method documents, planning, bespoke post processors, work holding techniques and setup sheets to support our CNC/NC program data.

Axis 1 Solutions can supply on site Manufacturing Engineers to work on a ‘Program & Prove Out’ basis and  support all manufacturing activities up to and including CMM programming for inspection.
